【Abstract】 According to the study of the frequency characteristics of intracavity coupling modulation making by A.L.Scholtz,the frequency response of output power are further analysed and numerically calculated.Using s.CdTe crystal,the experiments of CO2 intracavity coupling modulation has been made.The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.更多还原
