高气压针板放电式二千瓦连续CO2激光器的温度效应

【摘要】 研制成功一种工业用高气压横流针板放电式二千瓦级连续CO2激光器。本文论述这种激光器的温度效应,分析了影响放电气体温升因素,测量了在额定工作条件下,气体温度沿着气体流道的分布,作出了该型激光器在长达10小时的连续运转过程中,放电区内入口气温、出口气温、气体温升、输出功率和电光转换效率等参数随时间的变化曲线。实测表明,放电区内入口气温每升高1℃,激光输出功率平均下降约35瓦,电光转换效率平均下降约0.23%。

【Abstract】 A high pressure transverse flow 2kW CW CO2 laser with pin-to-plate discharge for industrial use has been developed.In this paper,the temperature effect of the laser has been discribed,the affection factors for discharge gas temperature are analyzed,the distribute of gas temperature along gas thoroughfare are measured under normal aperation condition,the entrance gas temperature,exit gas temperarture,gas temperature increase,laser output power and efficiency versus operation time during 10 hours CW operation process has been abtained.The experimental datas-are-show that when entrance gas temperature increase it,the laser output power decrease about 35W,and the efficiency decrease about 0.23 perecent.
