脑益嗪对实验性血栓形成的影响

【摘要】 脑益嗪是—钙拮抗剂。本实验用颈动—静脉血流旁路术和改良的chandler氏体外血栓法研宄了脑益嗪的抗血栓作用。结果表明:脑益嗪对两种方法形成的血栓均有明显的抑制作用,二种方法的结果基本一致。因此,本文提示脑益嗪除直接扩张血管外,尚有很强的抗血栓作用,其效价强度优于阿斯匹林。

【Abstract】 A carotid-jugular extracorporeal shunt model (in vivo) was made in rat, in which 15 min after the restoration of blood flow in the shunt the thrombus was developed on the silk thread placed in the shunt and the wet weight of the thrombus was measured. The thrombus weight was significantly reduced by a calcium antagonist cinnarizine (p. o. 80 and 160 mg/kg and ASA (p.o. 300mg /kg) as compared with the control group. In addition, the thrombus was formed by a modified Chandler’s method (ex vivo). The wet weight, dry weight and length of the thrombus was significantly decreased as compared with the control group after cinnarizine (p.o.40,80 and 160mg/kg) and ASA (p. o. 300mg/kg) were given. The results of ex vivo and in vivo experiments were basically concordant. It was indicated that cinnarizine was a valuable anti-thrombotic agent and its anti-thrombotic potency was much higher than ASA.
