【摘要】 <正> 为创伤、感染病人的支持疗法,研究氨基酸代谢是有意义的。研究需从正常状态时细胞 内外液中氨基酸浓度变化开始。从血浆内研究氨基酸代谢有局限性,因为血浆中氨基酸含量不到总氨基酸的1%。但由于血浆氨基酸更新(turnover)较迅速,而且较容易得到样品,仍可作为完全胃肠外营养(TPN)代谢反应研究的有意义的参数。以前因受方法学的限制,国内很少有血浆全氨基酸谱的报导,也尚无尿氨基酸排出的报告。尿中氨基酸排出量对了解

【Abstract】 Twenty-five normal volunteers on similar meals(1.2gram protein/Kilogram) were studied for preprandial and postprandial plasma amino-acid levels and 24-hour excretion of amino-acids in urine. In five of them, postprandial plasma amino-acid levels were studied at 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 hours for observation of the curve of changes. It was found that the plasma levels began to rise at 1 hour, continued to rise at 2 hours and remaind elevated at 3 hours, but returned to preprandial levels at 4 hours. At 3 hours after standard food, values of the branched chain amino-acids (Val, 237.8± 9.0 μM/L, Leu, 126±6.7, lle, 60.94±3.6) and some others (Arg, 83.29±7.2, Orn, 74.04±5.4, Tyr, 67.80±3.1, Phe, 67.12±2.3, Pro, 167.4 ±12) were significantly higher than their respective preprandial values (Val’, 309.6±18 μM/Leu, 166.8±9.8, lle, 98.53±6.0, Arg, 108.9±6.9, Orn, 89.61±5.6, Tyr, 88.26±6.1, Phe, 92.89±5.4, Pro, 221.6±14) .The total 24-hour urinary excretion of amino-acids is not statistically different between men and women.Mean excretion for Val. was 60.32±16μM/day, Leu, 68.47±26, He, 45.27±23, Arg, 32.07±13, Ala, 398.2±185, , Gln, 694.7 ± 287, and Lys, 308.7 ± 112.The results of the present study may be of reference value when studying patients on total parenteral nutrition.
