高压氧作用下家兔某些生物效应的研究
studies on Several Biological Effects in Rabbit Exposed to Hyperbaric Oxygen
【摘要】 <正> 我们曾对大运动量训练者进行高压氧治疗,结果是高压氧对大运动量训练的运动员所出现的极度疲劳、肌肉酸痛、僵硬、酸碱平衡失调、运动性酸血症以及软组织、韧带、关节等损伤性疾病有非常显著的疗效。为此,我们认为有必要对高压氧的生物效应进行进一步的研究,为开发和利用高压氧提供实验依据,为正在兴起的老年医学和康复医学提供有效的手段。
【Abstract】 After exposure of over 20 times to hyperbaric oxygen (2.0 ATA. 80% O2,90 min/day), the microcirculation of paipebral conjunctiva of rabbit improved apparently with normal morpholog of peripheral blood cells and decreased lipid peroxide content on erythrocyte membrane. After exposure of 5 and 15 times, the Na+ K+-ATPase activity and sialic acid content on red blood cell membrane of rabbit were increased, being higher than that before hyperbaric oxygen treatment, as well as that of normal control. The results indicate that hyperbaric oxygen may cause an increase in blood oxygen content, and thus improve the functional state of the organism due to strengthening of metabolism. The author suggests that hyperbaric oxygen may be used in prevention of senilism and convalescence of the organism from diseases.
