系统性红斑狼疮的微循环改变
Changes of microcirculation in system lupus erythematosus (SLE)
【摘要】 <正> 系统性红斑性儿狼疮(以下简称SLE)是一种自身免疫性疾病,病因尚不清楚,其病理损害主要是循环血液中大量形成的抗原抗体复合物沉积于组织中及血管壁上,引起动脉系统弹力纤维受损,组织增生,微循环灌注障碍而产生的多器官受损,特别是皮肤及肾脏,相应出现一系列的临床症状。国内对SLE的微循环变化已有报导,但未见同时观察甲皱及眼结膜两部位,也未与实验室多项指标进行比较。本文对上述两部位微循环形态及血流状态进行同时观察,并结合实验室11项检查,分析两者关系探讨其病理生理学基础。
【Abstract】 Changes of microcirculation was observed in 80 SLE patients by using vital microscope. Comparing with 30 normal control, we found that the blood flow was slow down and blood was sludging in the top of capillary loops in nail-fold, and slowing blood flow and red blood cell aggregation took place in conjuctiva. It was found that the diameter of arteriole decreased as well. Eleven different laboratory analysis were also carried out in patients. It was found that microcirculatory disturbances especially the slowing blood flow took place in the patients with IgG, PEG, ESR, and cryoglobuline positive.
