金属切削过程颤振的计算机模式识别及在线监控
Computer-Aided Pattern Recognition and On-Line Monitored Control for Chattering during Metal Cutting
【摘要】 本文从模式识别理论和切削过程的动态特性出发,建立了反映切削过程稳定性的模式向量平面.在此平面上,用模式向量端点的轨迹来刻划切削过程动态稳定性的变化,制定了颤振早期诊断的判据及其颤振的控制策略,并建立了切削过程颤振的在线监控试验系统.
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of pattern recogniton and the dynamic characteristics of the cutting process, a pattern vector plane is established for showing the stability of the cutting process. The movement of the end of pattern vector on the plane indicates the variation of the stability during cutting. A criterion for early diagnosis of chattering and a control strategy as well as an experimental on-line monitored control are described.
