磁场对大白鼠生殖功能的影响
THE EFFECT OF MAGNETIC FIELD ON THE REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION OF RATS
【摘要】 本文采用放射免疫测定技术、通过检测雄性大白鼠体内 FSH、LH 及 T 和雌性大白鼠体内 FSH、LH 及 E2的水平变化,研究了磁场对大白鼠生殖功能的生物学效应。实验结果表明,在表面静磁场为2000GS 的旋磁作用下,这些促性腺激素及性激素的含量均无明显改变。作者认为这一结果提示,磁场对大白鼠的生殖功能无不良影响,因而对磁疗技术在临床推广使用上的安全性问题提供了一个理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this report,the results of the biological effeets of rotating magnetic field on reproductive function of rats are presented.The levels of FSH、LH and T in male rats,FSH,LH and E2 in female rats beforeand after the application of magnetism were measured by radioimmunoassay. The result showed that under the action of magnetic field (the strength of the surface static magnetic field being 2000 GS.), alternations in the level of the two gonadotropic hormone and one sex hormone were not significant,suggesting that magnetism exerts no harmful effects on the reproductive function of rats.These data provide theoretical bases for the safe use and popularization of therapeutic magnetism in clinical medicine.
