【摘要】 开展海洋环境数值预报、研制并建设海洋资料遥测浮标已正式列入我国七五计划。为适应我国四化、开发和利用海洋的需要,采取自力为主、并部分引进的办法,以便尽快在七五期间使浮标站(网)初具规模已是当务之急。笔者根据参加部分浮标工作和国内外浮标资料状况,着重提出在建设浮标站(网)的同时,应重视和进一步加强浮标的基础理论研究和实验工作。特别是根据国外已有倾翻的实例和模型水池实验加以介绍和评述,从而为建成具有我国自己特色的浮标站(网),避免和减少不必要的损失提供一些信息,以供有关领导在决策时和具体工作的同志参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Suggestions are presented that efforts be made in the basic theoreti cal study and experimental work of buoys to build the buoy network of our country.
