【Abstract】 In this paper,the finite and infinite element method in numerical analysis for wave forces of three dimensional problem is examined.A new three dimen- sional infinite element is suggested and the related formulas have been deriv- ed.By virtue of the method suggested,the computer program for determin- ing wave forces on large offshore structures has been designed.Several nume- rical examples are presented and the results obtained from the method show good agreement with the theoretical solution and the computing efforts are less than that of other numerical methods with the same accuracy.更多还原
