水中痕量铬的催化极谱测定
DETERMINATION OF TRACE CHROMIUM IN NATURE WATER BY POLAROGRAPHIC CATALYTIC WAVE ANALYSIS
【摘要】 本文研究了水中痕量铬的催化极谱测定方法,并对催化波性质作初略探讨。在醋酸铵-铜铁试剂体系和所定实验条件下,可得到清晰、灵敏而稳定的催化波,其导数峰电位为—1.02V(S.C.E.),检测限为2×10-9g/ml。天然海水经0.45μ微孔薄膜过滤和硝化后即可直接测定,方法精密度好,变异系数为2.1%,回收率甚佳。极谱波具有吸附性质。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the polarographic catalytic wave of trace Chromium in natural waters and its mechanism are studied. In ammonium acetate and cupferron system, a clear, sensitive and stable catalytic wave is obtained, and its largest peak ’potential in differential oscilloscopic polarogram is -1.02 V (vs. S. C. E.). The peak height was proportional to the concentration of Chromium (VI) in the range of 2×10-9-1 ×10-6 g/mL. It is unnecessary to separate and preconcentrate natural water samples that can be directly detected.
