【摘要】 游离带血管空肠到颈部,应用空肠动静脉血管同甲状腺上动脉及颈前静脉吻合,在显微镜下操作,将切除喉咽及食道部位的缺损处,用空肠代食道在咽部同食道吻合,治疗颈段食道癌、下咽癌。我们成功地做了2例,此种手术是比较理想的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two patients with low pharynx carcinoma were succesfully treated by part replacement with free vascularized jejunum segment. Under the microscope the artery of the jejunum segment was anastomosed with arteriae thyreoidea superior and the vein from the segment was anastomosed with venae jugularis externa. The technique of the operation was presented, some problems related to which were also discussed.更多还原
