【Abstract】 A nutritional investigation of 534 kinds of children foods produced by 11 factory in Harbin has been done. The results shown that only 43 kinds of investigated children foods were somewhat conformed to the relative standard for children food.According to this status, the authors formulated 10 kinds of new childran foods, mainly fortified the soybean protein, calcium and riboflavin in the wheat flour bread, biscuit and noodles. The nutritional composition and amino acid content of the new children foods were analysed, and it shown that the nutritional value of these children foods was improved distinctly.更多还原
