【Abstract】 The article presents the clinical use of calcium channel blocker (nifedipine) in Duchenne’s propressive muscular dystrophy (DMD). The administered dosage of nifedipine is 30mg every day for six months and all patients can obtain a complete remission. Nifedipine improves myocardial function. The result showed that nifedipine is an effective agent in the treatment of DMD.更多还原
