结合珠蛋白遗传多态性的研究——Ⅲ.4种常见病中Hp多态性的分布特点
Studies on Genetic Polymorphism of Haptoglobin Ⅲ.Genetic Polymorphism of Haptoglobin among four Kinds of Common Diseases
【摘要】 本文研究了肺气肿、肝硬化、慢性肾小球肾炎和糖尿病患者的Hp表型分布情况,患者总数为606人。结果表明,同正常相应年龄对照组比较,Hp~1基因频率在男性肝硬化组,男女总合肝硬化组、男性肺气肿组和男女总合肺气肿组中显著增高。
【Abstract】 The phenotypes of haptoglobin from 606 patients were determined, inclu- ding emphysema, cirrhosis of liver, diabetes mellitus and chronic nephritis. It had been shown that there was an increased Hp~1 gene frequency among the patients with emphysema and cirrhosis of liver, compared with controls with corresponding age.
