【摘要】 本实验给家兔静脉注射酪氨酸（每天100mg/kg）,连续20天。观察结果表明,大剂量酪氨酸对家兔血压和心电无影响;组织中儿茶酚胺含量和血清T₃、T₄水平与对照组无明显差异;形态学观察心脏、肝、肾、子宫和卵巢组织无任何异常表现。因此,初步认为长期大剂量外源性酪氨酸对家兔无毒性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of tyrosine on organs of rabbit, a hugedose tyrosine(100mg/kg/day)was given intravenously for 20 days. During the period of tyrosine administration, the blood pressure and cardioelectrography of rabbits were found to be normal; nor were there significant differe≡nces in catecholamine concentrations in cardiac tissue and adrenal gland and serum thyroid hormone levels between animals of the control group and those of the experimental group; the hearts, livers, kidneys, ovaries and uteri were normal structurally. These results demonstracted that repeated hugedoses of tyrosine administered intravenously for considerably long period produced no detrimental effects on cardiovascular system and serum thyroid hormone levels in rabbit.更多还原
