【Abstract】 The iron content in the restoration diet fed to rats of each group was 32ppm in total, and 24 ppm of them was from (1) soybean flour, (2) soybean flour plus wheat flour (half and half), (3) pig blood powder, (4) pig blood powder plus wheat flour (half and half), (5) ferrous sulfate. The experimental results showed that the bioavailability of the iron from soybean flour was the lowest during the restoration period for 5 weeks. It was not recommended as the beat measure in preventing and treating iron deficiency anemia in rats.更多还原
