大豆粉铁对贫血大鼠血红蛋白恢复效应的相对生物利用率

The Relative Bioavailability of Iron from Soybean Flour by the Way of Hemoglobin Restoration in Rat Suffered from Iron Deficiency Anemia

【摘要】 本文通过贫血大鼠血红蛋白恢复效应,研究了大豆粉铁的相对生物利用率。实验结果表明,在饲料铁来源不同的6个实验组中,以大豆粉铁的相对生物利用率最低。

【Abstract】 The iron content in the restoration diet fed to rats of each group was 32ppm in total, and 24 ppm of them was from (1) soybean flour, (2) soybean flour plus wheat flour (half and half), (3) pig blood powder, (4) pig blood powder plus wheat flour (half and half), (5) ferrous sulfate. The experimental results showed that the bioavailability of the iron from soybean flour was the lowest during the restoration period for 5 weeks. It was not recommended as the beat measure in preventing and treating iron deficiency anemia in rats.
