【Abstract】 This paper reports the effect of adriamycin on GSH-PX activity and Se levels in blood and myocardium of the rat. Three mg/kg of adriamycin was peritoneally injected to the rat every other day for four days. The GSH-PX activity in blood was analyzed in week 2, 4, 6 after injection. At the end of the experiment, GSH-PX activity in myocardium and Se levels in serum and myocardium were determined. The results showed that GSH-PX activities both in blood and myocardium at week 2, 4, 6 were lower than those of control group. While the Se levels in serum and in myocardium were not significantly different from those of the control.更多还原
