【Abstract】 A maximal titer of sera interferon was detected at 8 hours after injection of Ecco-18 virus to 615 mice. The sera interferon level of P615 mice injected with Ecco-18 virus significantly higher than that of control (P<0.001). The interferon—induceing capacity of Ecco-18 virus was also observed in H615 mice(P<0.05). This interferon was proved to be mainly of type Ⅰ interferon of mice. These results suggest that interferon may be involved in the effect of lysing tumor cells mediated by Ecco-18 virus in P615 and H615 mice.更多还原
