【Abstract】 The clinical manifestations ane chromosomal ana ysis by GTG, CBG banding techniques were investigated in 46 male patients with gonodal dysgenesis. It was found that in 23 cases the karyotype was shown to be 47, XXY, (50.0%), and another 23 cases to be 46, XY.In those patients with 47, XXY. (Kline-felter Syndrome)the clinical manifestations were as follows 6 cases had mental dysfunction, 8 Cases with nomal penis, and 1 case with undescended testicle; whereas, in patients with 46, XY. there were 1 case with normal penis, 3 caees with undescended testicle,and without a case of mental dysfunction. The differences of certain clinical manifestations of the two types of male gonodal dysgenesis were studied, and the possible development of carcinoma of male breast in relation to the male gonodal dyegenesis was also discussed.更多还原
