【摘要】 本文报告并分析了急性颅脑损伤1380例。早期颅骨钻孔探查是值得推荐的方法。对轻型脑伤和颅后凹骨折病人应密切观察,以便早期发现颅内继发病变,及时治疗。同时指出手术时行充分的内外减压,可阻断脑水肿发展的恶性循环,有利于脑疝消除或防止其发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper summarized the experience of the surgical treatment for 1380 cases with severe craniocerebral injury in the last twenty years. In regard to the reduction of mortality, the author suggested four principles for surgical management: 1) Early exploration should be recommended for any patient suspicious of intracranial hematoma, and in case of severe brain contusion with concomitance a thorough evacuation and decompression should be carried out. 2) A combined measures should be taken postoperatively in order to tide over the cerebral edema, prevent complications, and provide sufficient nutrition; 3) Trentment for the associated injuries as soon as, possible was important. 4) More attention should be given to the patients with occipital fracture and slight brain Injury.更多还原
