【Abstract】 The mutagenicity of a new disinfectant, the china-made Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate （DccNa）, was determined by Ames, Micronuclei and the UDS Tests. The Ames Tests was performed with strain TA₉₇₉ TA₉₈₉ TA₁₀₀ and TA₁₀₂, with and without metabolic activation system （+S9 mix.）. The Micronuclei Test was observed in red cells of mice bone marrow, and the UDS was measured by the[³H]-TdR incorporation into human peripheral blood lymphocyte. All of the three tests show that the DccNa was absent of mutagenicity.更多还原
