【Abstract】 Frozen and paraffin sections of lymphnodes from 76 cases with different morpho-logic and immunologic types of Iymphocyticlymphoma were stained for acid α-naph-thyl acetate esterase, acid phosphatase, a-denosine triphosphatase, 5’-nucleotidase andalkaline phosphatase enzymehistochemically,α₁-antitrypsin, α₁-antichymotrypsin andS-100 protein immunohistochemically toinvestigate the growth pattern of differenthistiocytes （HC） and reticulum cells （RC）.The results showed that the types of HCand RC proliferated in different degrees.While HC and dendritic/interdigitating RCwere distributed irregularly, RC and fibro-blastic RC proliferated correlating with thehistologic/immunologic type and malignantgrade of tumors. This showed that eachtype of HC/RC had its own characteristicsof proliferation and distribution. The pa-thological significance of different HC andRC present in tumors were also discussed.更多还原
