【摘要】 作者从人血浆分决纯化了apoCⅢ,制备成功特异的单价抗apoCⅢ血清,用国产¹²⁵碘（氯胺-T法）标记纯化的apoCⅢ,在国内首次建立了人血清 apoCⅢ放射免疫分析法（RIA）。本法灵敏度为3.2 ng;标准曲线测定范围为3.12～100 ng;回收率为104.3±13.9％,批内和批间变异系数分别为6.5％及9.6％。本法测定了成都市21例血脂正常成人血清apoCⅢ,其含量为9.23±2.11 mg/dl。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using purified human plasma apoC Ⅲ₂to raise antiserum in rabbits and to pre-pare ¹²⁵I-labelled apoCⅢ₂ （choramine-Tmothod）, we have edablished a highspecific,precise and sensitive double-anti-body radioimmunoassay for the measure-ment of human serum apoCⅢ,The speci-ficity of ¹²⁵I-apoCⅢ₂ was 12.4-41.4μCi/μg.The sensitivity of the RIA system was3.2 ng with a working range of 3.125 to100ng of apo CⅢ₂.NSB was 1.8±0.9%.The intraassay C.V. and inter-assay C.V.were 6.5% and 9.6% respectively,and therecovery was 104.3±13.9%. The purified.apoCⅢ₂ and apoCⅢ₁ could displace ¹²⁵I-la belled apoCⅢ₂ in a parallel fashion to thestandard curve,but no appreciable cross-reactivity with apo A I, apoC I,apoC Ⅱ andapoB₁₀₀ was observed.
