四甲基哌啶醇的烷化
Alkylation of tetramethylpiperidinol
【摘要】 研究了2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-醇在胺基上和羟基上的烷化反应。用溴乙烷、正溴丙烷、2-溴乙醇和溴乙酸乙酯在哌啶醇胺基上进行烷化,得到了1-乙基、1-正丙基、1-(2′-羟乙基)、1-(乙氧基羰基亚甲基)-2,2,6,6-四甲基派啶醇。哌啶醇也可在羟基上进行烷化。当使用氯化苄或丙烯酸甲酯烷化四甲基哌啶时,得到了4-苄氧基和4-(甲氧基羰基乙基氧基)-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶。
【Abstract】 2,2,6,6-Tetramethylpiperidine-4-ol are alkylated on the imine group with ethyl bromide, n-propyl bromide, 2-bromoethanol and ethyl bromoacetate, and 1-ethyl, 1-n-propyl, 1-(2-hydroxyethyl), 1-(ethoxycarbonylmethylene)-2,2, 6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-4-ol are obtained. With benzyl chloride and methyl acrylate 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-4-ol are alkylated also on the hydroxy group. 4-Benzyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine and 4-(methyloxycarbonylethyleneoxy)-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine are prepared.
