【摘要】 无牙畸形可分全口无牙和部分无牙两型。先天缺牙1～2颗者多见,多数牙先天缺失者并不多见。本文收集先天多数牙缺失者28例,共缺牙313颗,平均每例缺牙11.2颗。对其临床表现作了详细观察,对其中7例作了染色体核型分析,24例皮肤纹理学分析。对先天缺牙的发病机制作初步探讨。对23例患者根据不同情况作了各种适当的修复,效果满意,并附3例典型病例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anodontia is divided into the total anodontia and the partial anodontia.There are more many cases with one or two teeth missed than with many teethmissed.There are 313 teeth missed,average 11.2 every case,in the study of28 cases.The clinical manifestation was carefully observed.The seven caseswere analysed with the chromosome analysis,twenty-four cases analysed withthe dermatoglyphics.The mechanics of the anodontia was simply discussed.Depending on the patients condition,the twenty-three patients were satisfactori-ly treated with prosthesis.更多还原
