【摘要】 通过测量正常颅骨颞颔关节多种投照方式的关节间隙宽度并进行统计学分析,证实了Schüllel’s投照不能准确全面反应髁状突、关节窝的位置关系。讨论了髁状突内外移位以及这种移位与关节侧位X线投照所显示关节间隙宽度改变的关系。并提出了简便、可靠地髁状突内外移位的观察、测量方法,以及判断髁状突位置关系的X线投照原则和最佳投照组合。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of lateral,sagittal tomography and Schuller’s,marked Schuller’s proje-ction to 8 cases of normal TMJ of human skull.Joint spaces on images has beenmeassured and contrasted.Result showed that Schuller’s projection could notdemonstrated relationship betten mandibular fossa and condyle,and the space changein lateral view related with inside and outside dysplacement of the condyle.It isnecessary to use lateral and sagittal tomography or projection for evaluation ofcondyle position as sametime.In addition,a good method was introduced to observeboth side dysplacement of condyle.更多还原
