【摘要】 43只二月龄大白鼠分为实验组和对照组,实验组拔除右侧上颌磨牙。3月和6月分别处死后制作标本,用光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜对比观察。结果表明偏侧咀嚼所引起的颞颌关节结构改变双侧不同,并随年龄增大而加剧,有的标本可见关节的髁状突与关节盘粘连,因而支持偏侧咀嚼是颞颌关节结构器质性改变的重要因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 43 rats(two months of age)were divided into experiment and control groups.The right maxillary molars of the animals of experiment groups were extracted.The mandibular joints of experiment and control animals were observed by meansof light microscope,scanning electron microscope and translating electron mic-roscope.The structures of the control animal joints changed as age increasing,suchas reducing of the cartilage layer,widening of the condyle trabeculea.The mostevident change of ultrastructure was disappearing or reducing of granular mate-rial layer of the joint surface.The structural changes caused by unilateral mastication were similar with the age-related ones,but the speed of change isfaster.Fibro-like structures were found on the joint surface of experiment ani-mals when observing with SEM.The present study supports the opinion:unilateral mastication is one of theimportant pathogenic factors of TMJDS.更多还原
