【摘要】 本文对50名成年功能正常者在三种头位下叩齿的咬合音分别作了初步研究,结果表明 (1)咬合音在头直立位与头前倾位之间无显著性差异,而在头直立与头后仰位以及头前倾与头后仰位之间有显著性差异;(2)在三种头位下,左右咬合音均无显著性差异;(3)在三种头位中,影响咬合音的主要因素都是持续时间、最大波峰到达时间、最大波幅以及高频率4个指标。而在头后仰叩齿时,影响咬合音的主要因素还包括低频率这一指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is very important to have an intimate knowledge of the normal contacts of the upper and lower teeth in natural dentitions.As to the diagnosis of the occlusal contacts in dental clinics,it was checked only by the articulating paper in the static situation.Recently gnathosonics was used for checking the occlusal contacts in dynamic situation.The occlusal sound will be picked up extraorally,In normal occlusal sound,the duration is short and the amplitude is high,it depends upon the functional harmony of the masti-catory system.If any disharmony was found and developed in this system,the occlusal disorder will happen,and then the gnathosonic record will be displayed a prolonged duration and a low amplitude.And also the gnathosonics can be used as a method to evaluate the efficiency before and after the treatment in periodontics,orthodontics and prosthodontics for the patients. This article is a pilot study of the occlusal sound and checked only 50 adults with functional normal occlusion at three head positions(upright,forward and face upward).20 indexes were measured and treated by using the“vector comparision of the average value”of two groups as well as the“multidimen- sional scale equation”statistically.And all the statistical analyses in this article are aided by the computer.The results were as follows:1).The variations of the occlusal sounds between the upright and forward head positions were not significant,but the differences of the occlusal sounds between the upright and face Upward,forward and face upward were significant. 2).The variations of the occlusal sounds between the right and left sides at each of the three head positions were not significant.3).The duration of occlusal sounds,the time of highest arriving peak of the waves,the greatest amplitude and the high frequency were the main factors influencing the occlusal sounds.The high and low frequency and the amplitude interrelated to the sex,and the amplitude interrelated to the age. The scale equations and the reference regions of scale values of five indexes as mentioned above were abtained.In this article the scale values may be used for the occlusal evaluation in dental clinics were suggested.Up to now,some questions in gnathosonics study are stril not clear,it need further study in the future.更多还原
