【摘要】 本文目的是利用 X 线头影测量法以确定正常(牙合)成年人上下颌中切牙和第一恒磨牙的位置及其牙槽骨高度的均数值,为测量无牙颌牙槽骨的垂直和水平向吸收量提供参考和比较的依据。测量正常(牙合)成年人60名的结果提示利用新定的标志和线距对无牙颌原有的上下中切牙和第一磨牙的位置有了确定的方法和数据,进而可测得无牙颌牙槽骨的吸收量,因而扩大了头影测量的临床应用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 As to the complete denture prosthesis for the edentulous patients,it often brought about a very complicated problem refer to the resorption of the residual alveolar ridges.Especially it is more difficult to know well about the quantity. of resorption in vertical and horizontal direction.The purpose of this article is to get the average values and standard deviation of the alveolar ridge heights of the upper and lower central incisors and the first permanent molors in adult with normal occlusion by cephalometrie mea-surement,and also to secure the positions of the above mentioned teeth,so as to be a reference and comparative basis for the quantitative measurement of the resorption of the edentulous alveolar ridges vertically and horzontally.Sixty adult patients with normal occlusion were selected and measured for this study.A schematic tracing of the resorption quantity of the edentulous alveolar ridges was drawn.The result of this article may provide a method and data for the measurement of the original positions of the upper and lower central incisors and first molors in edentulous patients and then proceed to measure the resorption quantity of the edentulous alveolar bone.It also revealed that this study has enlarged the clinical application of the cephalometric radiograph.更多还原
