【摘要】 本研究选择20例唇腭裂术后的患者分成两组进行了两年多的观察。一组为对照组,唇腭裂术后未作任何预防治疗,发现在上领骨前后径及左右径均发育不足。采取早期预防治疗组的患者,采用上颌骨口外前牵引及带有分裂簧的上颌矫治器定期扩大牙弓,刺激上颌骨前向生长,防止了后牙的反(牙合),是防止唇腭裂术后畸形的有效方法之一。本文对腭裂手术年龄、颌骨畸形与手术关系以及用外科手术预防腭裂术后畸形等有关问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Patients with cleft lip and palate after operation may result in maxillo-facial and occlusial deformity which is a serious problem in the field of cleft lip and palate repair.The function of mastication and appearance are disturbed.The upper dental arch was pulled forward by an extra-oral appliance to prevent the insufficient developed upper jaw and-dental arch which had been fo med after operation of cleft lip.The upper dental arch was expanded by an appliance with expanded spring in order to prevent the narrowing of the upper dental arch after the cleft palate repaired.20 children with cleft lip and palatc were sclected and divided into two groups:preventive treatment group and control group.They were compared by means of pre-and post-operative models.Cephalomet icfilms we e taken for some patients and also were compared pre-and post-operalively.Wo found not only the width but also the length of the uppe:dental arch of treatment group is larger than that of the cont ol group.更多还原
