聚碳酸酯聚合反应器的开发研究 Ⅰ反应过程的工程分析
DEVELOPMENT STUDY OF POLYCARBONATE REACTORS Ⅰ.ENGINEERING ANALYSIS OF THE REACTION PROCESS
【摘要】 本文在聚碳酸酯界面缩聚反应间歇实验的基础上,进行了反应过程的分析。从工程放大的角度考虑,缩聚反应过程可分为前期和后期。前期反应时间颇短,着眼点应是抑制光气的过量水解,以保证后续反应的克分子配比。后期反应需一定的反应时间,以保证链的增长过程达到需要的平均分子量、前期反应主要应保证足够高的水相双酚 A 酚氧离子浓度。后期反应为传质过程控制,强化传质是主要因素。
【Abstract】 The engineering characteristics of the interfacial polymerization of bis-phenol- A and phosgene to form polycarbonate have been verified by experiments.The re- action process may be divided into two stages.In the first stage,hydrolysis of phosgene must be carefully controlled in order to achieve the suitable molar ratio required for the subsequent reactions,and in the second stage,certain time is needed for the increase of polymer chain length.In other words,the high concentration of bis-phenol-A and fast mass transfer rate are the main requirements for the whole polymerization process.
