【摘要】 定性地研究了晶体的透射比与光伏探测器探测率的关系、晶体的小角晶界对多元列阵器件电学串音的影响以及光敏面位于<111>面和<111>面所表现出来的性能差异和晶体中的Te沉淀使器件零偏压电阻R0严重降低的现象,实验结果表明晶体的透射比可以作为选择材料的判据之一。

【Abstract】 The relation between the optical transmission of orystal and the detectivity of detectors, and the effect of subgrain boundaries on the electrical crosstalk of multielement detector are qualitatively investigated. The difference of performance of the detectors with active areas located at planes (111) or (111), and thesevere decrease of R_o A product due to Te precipitates are observed. Experimental results show that the optical transmission data can be used as one of the selection criteria for materials.
