河口水域悬浮沉积物与赤潮

【摘要】 <正> 有关赤潮的研究虽已进行了半个世纪,但对赤潮的形成过程和机理仍有争论,赤潮预报模式的研究仍处于探索阶段。我国除对近海水域赤潮现象的应急调查外,还缺乏系统的研究。在我国海区,无机磷通常是藻类生长的限制因子。本文采用实验室模拟的方法,研究了悬浮沉积物对河口水体中无机磷的缓冲机理和缓解赤潮生物高速生长的可能性,为进一步建立海区赤潮现象的预测预报模式提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 In these simulated experiments, buffring mechanism of suspended par ticulate matter on inorganic phosphorus in the phosphorus-limited estua-rine environment is studied. In addition, the effect of suspended particu-late matter on the occurence and control of the red tide is also studied. The results of the experiments show that the adsorption of suspended particulate matter on inorganic phosphorus is in accordance with Chiamu-kin Adsorption Equation (x/m = a + blgC3g) . The adsorption equilibrium time is within 0.5 to 4.5 hours. The adsorption capacity is 80μg/g. It is also revealed that the effects of primary environmental parameters (pH, Cl‰, S.S.) on the adsorption cannot be ignored. The estuarine suspended sediments act as a phosphate buffer but the position of equilibrium appears to be in the range of 17 ±1 ppb. So the release of phosphorus through desorption could occur under the conditions of unpolluted state or pH>8.5, or oxygen deficiency. It is shown from these experiments that the growth of red tide phytoplankton decrease by 80-86% when suspended particulate matters (S.S. = 0.5g/1) are added to the simulation culture,indicating the control effect of suspended particulate matters on the rredtide,
