【Abstract】 When Pleurotus ostreatus AS 5.42 grows on sugarcane bagasse, it metabolizes mainly lignin and hemicellulose of lignocellulose complex in bagasse, but it degrades cellulose just a little. In an incubation time of 0-30 days, the reduction of lignin, hemicellulose and cellulose was 44%, 46% and 3.2%, respectively; in an incubation time of 0—60 days, their reduction was 56.9%, 67.1% and 22.9%, respectively.更多还原
