【摘要】 本文对煤焦沥青诱发肺癌大鼠的生物膜损伤、细胞免疫功能及细胞遗传学效应的部分指标进行了观察。实验结果表明:煤焦沥青诱发肺癌存在一定剂量效应关系;雌性诱癌率高于雄性。煤焦沥青对大鼠生物膜有一定损伤作用,对细胞免疫功能及细胞遗传学效应有一定影响,这可能是沥青诱发肺癌的原因。本研究部分指标可作为癌前的监护指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 we examined the damage of biological membrance, cellular immunological function and cel-lular genetic function of the rats with lung cancer caused by coal tar pitch. The results showthat the dose of coal tar pitch had a bearing on the effect to induce lung cancer, and that therate of induced cancer in male rat was higher than that in female. Coal tar pitch has a certaineffect to make the cellular biological membrance damaged and an influence on cellular immu-nological function and cellular genetic function. This may be the cause of inducing lung can-cers of rats. Some indexes in this study may be considered as the surveillance index of pre-carcinoma.更多还原
