【摘要】 应用盐酸氮芥及N-甲基-N′-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG),诱发食管癌患者、患者亲属及无癌家族正常健康人淋巴细胞程序外DNA合成(UDS),结果表明,食管癌患者,患者血缘亲属(子女)的UDS值比无癌家族史的正常健康人及食管癌家族共同生活无血缘关系的健康人(夫妻)低。这一结果提示,食管癌患者、患者子女DNA损伤修复功能有缺陷,这种缺陷可能与遗传易感性有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The UDS values of peripheral blood lymphocytes from patients with esophageal cancer, re-latives of the patients and normal individuals, induced by nitrogen mustard hydrochloride orN-methyl -N’-nitro -N-nitrosoguanidine, were analyzed. It was noted that the levels ofUDS of lymphocytes from the patients or the lineal consanguinities of the patients were lowerthan those from the normal individuals of non-patient families or the spouses of the patients.The results demonstrated that the DNA repairing function in the patients with esophageal can-cer and their children had the defect, which may be related to the inherited susceptibility.更多还原
