电针对腹腔肥大细胞组织胺、MAO、ATP ase、ACP、NSE酶活性的影响

【摘要】 本试验用组织化学方法研究电针大白鼠“足三里”穴位,对腹膜腔肥大细胞内单胺氧化酶(MAO、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)、非特异性酯酶(NSE)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)酶活性的影响,发现电针诱导后对腹腔肥大细胞组织化学有一定的调整作用,电针后可使MAO、ATPase酶活性增强;NSE酶活性减弱;而ACP酶活性变动不明显。用OPT诱发肥大细胞内组织胺呈黄绿色荧光,电针后OPT诱发组织胺产生之荧光明显减弱。

【Abstract】 Histochemical methods were used to study the effects of "Zusanli" acupuncture on the acti-vities of MAO, ATP-ase, ACP and NSE in the peritoneal mast cells of albino rats. It wasfound that electroacupuncture induction had an obvious regulatory role on the peritoneal cavity mastcells. After electroacupuncture induction, the enzymic activities of MAO and ATP-ase increased,while the activity of NSE decreased. However, ACP activity showed no apparent alteration atall. The histamine fluorscence induced by OPT decreased obviously.
