人类染色体高分辨技术及其G显带研究

【摘要】 本文应用一种改进的高分辨染色体技术,分析了10名正常人外周血高分辨染色体G带核型。其分裂指数为7.1%,高分辨染色体占分裂相的92.5%,两者均高于国内报道。高分辨染色体分散良好,形态较佳,带纹清晰。本文制备的400~1000条G带核型与ISCN(1981)对照,其特征基本一致,但发现1、2、5、8、10、18号染色体的某些区带有差别,并重新描绘了差别区带模式图。

【Abstract】 An improved technique of high resolution chromosomes was used to analyse the G-banding karyotypes of the high resolution chromosomes from the peripheral blood of 10 normal persons.The cell division index was 7.1% and the high resolution chromosomes amounted to 92.5 % inall mitosises, and both were higher than those reported in our country. High resolution chromo-somes studied with this method were distributed well, their shapes were rather good, and thebanding on the chromosomes were crystal-clear. Comparing the 400~1000 G-banding made byus with ISCN (1981), we found that the features of both were primarily alike. However, wealso found that there were a few differences in some areas and bands on No 1,2,5,8,10,18,ch-romosomes, and the pattern pictures about these different areas and bands were described again.
