煤焦沥青对作业工人生物膜损伤的初探

【摘要】 本文报道了对185名沥青作业工人和33名对照者的调查结果。检查项目为谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、脂质过氧化、血清唾液酸及乳酸脱氢酶同工酶。各项观察指标反映生物膜损伤结果一致。脂质过氧化、血清唾液酸、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH3)三项指标均明显增高,与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P值分别小于0.001、0.01和0.05)。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性明显下降,与对照组比较差异有极显著意义(P<0.001)。结果表明,沥青对作业工人的生物膜有损伤作用,特别表现在对肺组织的损伤。这种膜损伤可能是肺癌产生的机理,其内在联系尚需进一步探讨。作者认为上述四项指标叫作为沥青接触工人肺组织早期损害的监护指标。

【Abstract】 The investigation deals with the measurements of glutathione peroxidase, lipid peroxides, serum sialic acids and lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes in 185 workers exposed to tars and 33 carders not exposed to tars. The data obtained showed that the biological membrane of the workers were damaged by tars. The increases in lipid peroxides,serum sialic acids and lactate dehydrogenase isoenzymes were significant as compared with the control group. The activity of glutathione peroxides wassignificantly decreased as compared with the control group.The results showed thattars exhibited the injurious effects on the biological membrane of the workers exposed to tars, specially in the lungs. The injury on the biological membrane maybe the cause of lung carcinoma. These four measurements can be used to detect ear-ly lung carcinoma.
