【摘要】 本文报道了一种研究细胞动力学的非同位素方法—5溴脱氧尿苷(BrdUrd)免疫组化方法。本文用这一技术与经典的氚胸苷(~3HdThd)放射自显影术对比研究了23例人肿瘤组织的标记指数,前者结果为10.3±4.0%,后者为9.9±4.3%,二者结果在统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05),表明这一技术可代替经典的~3HdThd 放射自显术影应用于细胞动力学研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human tumor tissues were incubated in the presence of bromodeoxyuridine (BrdUrd).The S-phase(DNA synthesizing)cells that incorporated with BrdUrd were detected by monoclonal antibodies against BrdUrd and immunohistochemistry.The DNA synthesizing cells were also determined from a portion of the same tissue by classical tritiated thymidine(~3HdThd)labeling and autoradiography.The results from BrdUrd labeling index(~3HdThd-LI)obtained from the same tissues were compared.The mean BrdUrd-LI and ~3HdThd-LI were quite comparable,i.e.10.3±4.0% and 9.9±4.3% respectively.This technique offers a fast and re ative simple alternative method for determinging labeling index of human tumors.更多还原
