【Abstract】 The constituent ratio of 817 hospitalized patients with primary glaucoma from January 1979 to Decomber 1985 were analyzed statistically.136 patients had open angle glaucoma(OAG)(16.6%)and 681 patients had angle closure glaucoma(ACG)(83,4%).The ratio of OAG to ACG was 1:5.There were 256 cases(37.6%)with acute ACG and 425 cases(62.4%)with chronic ACG,giving a ratio of 1:1.7.There were more males and patients from 13 to 40 years of age in OAG than in ACG,and there were more females and patients from 41 to 84 years of age in ACG than in OAG group.It is suggested that more attention should be paid to prevention and management of ACG,especially in females over 40 years of age.更多还原
