【摘要】 本文采用放射免疫法测定 hCG 的正常妊娠临界值为15ng/ml,β-hCG 为5ng/ml。31例人工流产术后血清 hCG 和β-hCG 恢复正常的时间均为2～5周;11例葡萄胎术后二者恢复正常的时间分别为5天～8周与5天～9周。上述结果为早期诊断人工流产后并发症及良性葡萄胎后恶变提供诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The change of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)and serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)was investigated after the evachation of induced abortion in 31 patients and hydatidiform mole in 11 patients.Pregnancy was diagnosed when the serum hCG level was more than 15ng/ml or β-hCG level more than 5ng/ml.Both hCG and β-hCG disappeared in the serum from 5 days to 5 weeks after induced abortion.The normal hCG and β-hCG regression curves after induced abortion were described according to the hCG mean value and 90% confidence limit which served as a reference to the diagnosis of postabortion complications.Serum hCG and β-hCG concentration of 7 patients with hydatidiform mole disappeared from 2 to 8 weeks, and 2 to 9 Weeks respectively after evacuation.4 patients with malignant mole exhibited an abnormal regression curve within 3 to 6 weeks after evacuation.更多还原
