【摘要】 本文以血清 TC、PL、TG 含量变化为指标,观察短毛五加总甙(AGVPS)对正常和高脂食物饲养大鼠的降脂作用。结果表明,AGVPS 能降低正常和高脂大鼠血清 TC、PL,还降低高脂大鼠 VLDLc+LDLc,增加 HDLc/TC 比值。显然,短毛五加总甙具有降低高胆固醇血症大鼠血脂含量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Saponins of Acanthopanax gracilistylus var pubescens Li（AGVPS）was evaluated in suveral rat models for its lipid-lowering effects.AGVPS 300mg/kg/day was administered interperitoneally to normal rats for 4 days.Serum total cholesterol（TC） and phospholipid（PL）was reduced significantly.But α₁-lipoprotein（high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDLc）was elevated（p<0.05）.In the rats fed with atherogenic diet（4% cholesterol and 10% lard）,marked hypercholesterolemic activity was appeared in very low and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（VLDLc and LDLc） and TC.Fortunitely,after 10 days of drug treatment（AGVPS 300mg/kg/day,AGVPS 150mg/kg/day,ip）,marked hypolipidemic activity was appeared in TC,VLDLc and LDLc,and PL with a good dose-effects relationship.The ratio of HDLc/TC was increased with 300mg/kg/day AGVPS.There was no significant effect on the increase of the rat body weight Therefore,AGVPS has excellent therapeutic potential action and additional studies on its hypocholesterolemie and anti-atherose-lerotie properties are under way.更多还原
