【Abstract】 Twenty seven cases of acute leukemia in the aged were analyzed.Theyshowed to initiate with lie insidious and atypical clinical picture and theinfiltration did not dominant as compared with genral aged group.It is thusliable to have misdiagnosed.There are more complications manifested asinfections and haemorrhages.Efficacy of chemotherapy was very low and themortality rate was high.更多还原
