【摘要】 本文运用病例对照研究方法,应用免疫酶法检测了126例鼻咽癌病例与对照者家族内1328名一级亲属血清中的 EB 病毒 VCA 抗体。结果发现 VCA-IgA 在鼻咽癌病例家族内似具聚集现象,鼻咽癌病例一级亲属组 IgA 阳性率(7.75%)显著高于对照组(4.41%)。表明 EB 病毒与鼻咽癌关系极为密切,同时也提示应鼻咽癌病例家族成员考虑为鼻咽癌普查与防治中的重点高危人群。本文还对鼻咽癌病例家族成员是否对 EB 病毒具有较高的遗传易感性进行了初步讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 A serological study of 1328 lst-grade relatives of 126 pairs of nasophavyngealcarcinoma(NPC)cases and controls using immunoenzyme method was conducted ina relatively high-risk area(Jiahuo and Guiyang counties,in the south of Hunanprovince)from September to November,1984,The positive rates of IgA and IgGantibodies to E B virus capsid antigen in the lst-grade relatives of NPC cases andcontrols were 7.75%,4.41%,98.4% and 97.7% respectively.The positive rateof VCA-IgA antibody in the relatives of cases was significantly higher than that ofcontrols(X~2=6.501,P<0.05),especialy among male relatives of 30-59 years ofage(11.0% to 3.23%).The GMT of VCA-IgG antibody among both male relativesof 15-29 years of agl(1:421.6)and female relatives of 38-44 years of age(1:648.5)of cases were much higher than that of controls(1:266.9 and 1:290.4 respectivly);their diffirences were statistically significant(male t=2.642,P<0.01;female t=2.870,P<0.01).The clustering of E B virus VCA-IgA and IgG antibodies inthe lst-grade relatives of NPC cases suggested that not only VCA-IgAlantibody wasa speclci fic feature of NPC,but the lst-grade reltives of NPC cases should also beconsidered as one of the highest risk grotps in the screening and prevention ofNPC.The possibility of a higher genetic suscetility to E B virus in the lst-graderelatives of NPC cases has been brieflr discussed.更多还原
