血卟啉衍生物激光治疗动物移植瘤的实验研究

【摘要】 本文报告了用国产 HpD 加氦—氖激光治疗小鼠艾氏腹水癌的实验结果。HpD 加激光、单纯激光、单纯 HpD 治疗后4周的肿瘤抑制率分别为70%、2%、-5%。通过对治疗前后~3H—TdR 掺入法淋转试验等证明,该疗法对小鼠的免疫功能无抑制作用。HpD 激光治疗后电镜动态观察表明,最早出现损害的是线粒体和粗面内质网。

【Abstract】 The hemotoporphyrin-derivative(HpD)-lasar therapy was studied on thetreatment of transplanted ascites cancer of mice.The preliminary result showedthat the tumor inhibition index was significantly higher(P<0.01-0.05)inexperimental group(70%)than in control groups(2%,-5%).There was nodetectable immunosuppressive effect as evidenced by the ~3H-TdR incorporatedlymphocytoblast transformation assay performed both before and after the treat-ment.The longitudinal studies of the photoradiated tumor tissues taken atdifferent time intervals after the treatment highly suggested that the mitochon-dria and rough endoplasmic reticulum were among the first organelles to havebeen damaged.
