小鼠胎肝和成年骨髓细胞的表面电荷与 CFU-S 自我更新能力的研究
STUDY ON CELL SURFACE CHARGE AND SELF-RENEWAL ABILITY OF CFU-S IN MICE FETAL LIVER AND ADULT BONE MARROW CELLS
【摘要】 本文显示小鼠胎肝细胞电泳率(EPM)比成年骨髓细胞高。用神经氨酸酶处理以后,二者 EPM 均下降,但胎肝细胞下降幅度较大。同时胎肝 CFU-S 与成年骨髓 CFU-S 的自我更新能力在用神经氨酸酶处理前后表现出与 EPM 平行的变化。文中讨论了这种关系的意义。
【Abstract】 The electrophoretie mobility(EPM)of fetal liver cells(FLC)of LACAmouse is higher than that of adult bone marrow cells(ABMC)(P<0.01).Treatment with neuraminidase(NA)led to the decrease of EPM of these cellsbut the decrement of FLC(32%)was greater than that of ABMC(24%).Maybethere were more sialic acid residues susceptible to NA on the surface of FLC.Treatment with NA reduced the numbers of spleen colonies in the lethally irrad-iated syngenie recipient mice after transfusion of either FLC or ABMC,whichmight result from depressed seeding efficiency of NA-treated CFU-S.CFU-S of FLCshowed greater capability of self-renewal than that of ABMC.After treatment withNA,the self-renewal ability of CFU-S of routine fetal liver and adult bonemarrow appeared to change in parallel with EPM of FLC and ABMC.Thesignificance of these changes was discussed.
