【Abstract】 The ultrastructure of myccardium was observed in ten hypoxic rabbits.Thechanges of myocardial ultrastructure include intracellular and extracellular edema,mitochondfial swelling,disorganization of sarcomeres and disruption of the myo-fibrials,decreased glycogen granulae and shrinkage of the nucleus.The damage ofmyocardium was less serious as compared with hypoxia induced by the ligation ofthe coronary artery.更多还原
