【Abstract】 Mouse myeloma cells were fused with spleen cells from Balb/c mice immunizedwith the CNE-1 human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line.Among hybridomas,thirteen were selected and cloned.Monoclonal antibody secreted by hybridoma H13show relative specificity to target cells by ELISA.In immunofluorescent assayall monoclonal antibodies reacted with membrance associated antigens of carcinomacells.更多还原
